Congratulations to our Varsity Men’s Basketball team who placed as runner-up in the State FCAL tournament finals on Saturday night. They also won their game last night. Now they move on to the FHSAA tournament next week after an away game this Thursday night. It was inspirational to observe at the Award's Night last Thursday that many of the players had also been nominated for the Rhetoric Spiritus Award. The winner, Luke Witte, has played for our State Championship Football team and our State Runner-up basketball team. Also inspirational that several of our female athletes in volleyball and basketball were also nominated for the Logic and Rhetoric Spiritus Awards.

Chapels will be split today. Please come with an attitude of worship for the holiness of our God. He is worthy of our total allegiance and respect.

Bible Studies will resume tomorrow. Please check tomorrow in homebase to find out where your Bible study group will meet. If you were absent last week for the sign up, please check with your homebase teacher today.

Progress reports will be available on Gradelink this Wednesday afternoon. That means all grades in your classes are up to date through last Friday.

Please remind your parents that TONIGHT at Chick-fil-a at Oaks Mall between 5 - 8, Cornerstone Academy will receive 15% of the proceeds of your purchase if you mention you are from Cornerstone. This money will go towards funding the prom.

PLEASE REMEMBER….Logic and Rhetoric students are NOT to be in the grammar hallway. If you have a class in the media center, you are to go around through the Logic/Rhetoric hallway….we generally are not quiet in the halls and we disrupt the grammar students (who ARE REQUIRED TO BE QUIET IN THE HALLS) who are attempting to concentrate in their classes.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Levels 3 (Standard English) and 4 (Formal English) are to be used in the classroom. You can revert to Level 2 in the halls and at lunch. Level 1 illiterate, is not welcome on our campus…..ever!
